Building A renovation at Carters Court
Building A was a heavily fire damaged building when we purchased the Carters Court property in November 2019. We carefully rebuilt it keeping many of the original architectural features of the building and also added a rooftop deck. The building currently occupies The Fainting Goat Coffee Company and is a must stop for anyone living, working or visiting in Franklin.
308 Chestnut Street
Nashville, Tennessee 37210
This building and surrounding property was purchased by the Warner Family in the 90’s. It housed several warehouse/manufacturing uses during those early years. In 2017/2018 Warner Partners transformed the property from a non-descriptive warehouse into a striking, architecturally pleasing re-use. The property was sold in June 2018 and is now the home of the iconic Fork’s Drum Closet.
Cannery Row
Nashville, Tennessee 37203
Cannery Row is an enclave of 4 warehouse buildings built between the late 1800’s and the early 1900’s. The entire property consisted of around 2.5 acres. These properties were acquired by the Warner Family over a 10 year period with the first building purchased in 1991. Warner Partners carefully transformed the historic buildings over several years into creative office spaces, music venues, warehouse style loft apartments and retail spaces. The property was sold in October 2019 and will hopefully thrive for decades to come.
